3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Any breach of these rules may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account. 1890 reserves the right to hold any account balances during investigations of such violations.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 1890 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support various popular local payment methods favored by Malaysian users including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.
Key payment-related conditions include:
- The payment account name must match your registered 1890 account name. Mismatches may cause transactions to be rejected or delayed.
- Minimum deposit varies depending on the payment method chosen and may change from time to time.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise specified.
- Transaction processing times vary by payment method—from a few minutes up to one working day.
- 1890 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
- Any attempts to process funds derived from illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All content on the 1890 platform—including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software—is the exclusive property of 1890 and protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any platform content without written permission from 1890.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. 1890 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites, and such links do not imply our endorsement of those third parties.
6. Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law
1890 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate any terms in this document, or for other reasons deemed necessary by management. In cases of confirmed fraud, 1890 may withhold account balances without compensation.
Accounts inactive for over 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure at 1890’s discretion. Users will be notified via their registered contact method before any action is taken.
1890 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It’s your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
